From our very first meeting with Managing Director Matt, right through to the placement of the final item in our new home, the service was exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our belongings gave us complete confidence throughout the entire moving process.
They took the utmost care with all of our property, expertly disassembling and reassembling furniture, moving and plumbing in our white goods, and ensuring everything was positioned exactly where we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when faced with the challenge of moving our extremely heavy American Fridgemaster fridge-freezer and dealing with a particularly problematic washing machine installation, Matt and Liam remained positive, professional, and determined to get the job done properly.
What truly set them apart, however, was the personal touch they brought to the experience. Amazing..At very short notice I needed help to move house.. Matt rearranged things to fit me in and help me. The care and attention to detail was excellent when moving my belongings. Matt has all the equipment to protect your furniture and they were placed in the room I wanted them. He connected my appliances for me so I was ready to go. Nothing was too much trouble. I can not thank Matt and his team enough. We had a difficult moving experience but Matt went above and beyond to reduce the stress for us and dealt with multiple date changes with great skill and professionalism .
His team on rhe day, were like ninjas, eveytime I turned round something else had been removed, but most of all they were professional and friendly. They also answered a million questions from the children!
The team handled our belongings with great care, clarified any queries they had regarding placement in our new home and could not of been more helpful.
Even after a long hot day, they just wanted to make sure we were happy.

Matt and his team were all extremely helpful to me from the initial appointment to look at what i needed to the week of the move when everything went wrong and Matt helped me find storage for my furniture for a few days and rearranged settling me into my new house

During previous moves, I have hired a van and done everything myself, but this time decided to alleviate some of the stress - Matt and his team did exactly that.
From initial quotation to moving date, Matt was professional, diligent and took the time to explain exactly what would happen on the day. It is very clear that Matt truly cares about his business and his customers - and went the extra mile by fixing my (previously broken) wardrobe and a couple of quick DIY jobs at my new house.
It ended up being a long day, but we had fun in what is always a very stressful time and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lewis & Co to anyone in future. When I move again, Matt will certainly be the first person I call.

Matt is the best removal company I have used from introduction and discussing our requirements right through to our actual move Matt and his team were excellent their attention to detail and the care and attention taken when handling our items could not have been better they use best practices to do the job including encasing our furniture in bespoke made to measure coverings and trunks it is truly a first class service I would not hesitate to recommend Lewis & Co Moving Group to anyone they operate on a platinum standard level and yet are so competitively priced. Nobody out there is doing this process better !!!

We can't thank Matt and his team enough for our recent house move. From our first meeting with Matt to plan the move we knew we were in safe hands. Matt obviously prides himself on doing his best for his clients and nothing is too much trouble. The plastic storage boxes he provided were a real help with packing. On the day of the move furniture was securely wrapped and great care taken with the removal of items and carpets were protected. Bed frames were taken apart as needed and rebuilt on arrival. Nothing was rushed! Time didn't feature! Matt and his team worked tirelessly until the job was done and we were settled in our new home. If you are looking for a removal company that go the extra mile, then look no further. You won't be disappointed.

Matt and Wayne were super helpful on the day of our move.
We really could not of done it without them, they were both super helpful and friendly. They took care of everything for us from dismantling our furniture to putting it back up. I honestly couldnt of asked for a better to help with the process and if I ever move again Ill definitely be using them.
